At Equestria NZ it is our philosophy to do all we can to ensure our customers are happy with their buying experience.

In the case of faulty goods, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumers Guarantees Act.

We reserve the right to request photographs or other evidence showing the nature of the fault and may require the goods to be returned to us. In the case that the goods are proven to be faulty, we will refund the return freight.

We will attempt to assist in any practical way that we can.

We will, at our discretion, exchange goods that are not faulty, provided:

• The goods are returned to us at the customer's expense and are in merchantable condition.
• The customer pays for all freight.
• The customer pays a 10% restocking charge.

• billing or purchase information.

• allow us to process and dispatch your order effectively
• provide you with information about our company and products from time to time.

While we may store customer details securely, information is never sold, traded or shared with external parties or entities. Online credit card transactions are processed using secure payment facilities and no credit card details are retained by us
