Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- The prize draw runs from 12 August to 30 November 2024.
- To enter, follow the link and enter your name, email address and phone number onto the form.
- You agree to be opted in to our newsletters and email marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- This competition is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, Employees of Equestria and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- An entrant may withdraw from the competition at any time by notifying Equestria by email.
- Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from one person will result in all entries being removed from the competition.
- No purchase is required to participate in this competition
- One winner will be randomly drawn between the 2nd and 4th of December 2024.
- The winner will receive a six-frame cover rack, which may be picked up from Equestria’s premises in Putaruru or freighted, free, to any non-rural address in New Zealand.
- The prize is not able to be converted into cash and is not transferrable.
- If the winner has purchased a cover rack during the period of the competition, Equestria will refund the purchase amount up to the value of the prize at the winner’s request in writing.
- Equestria will email/phone the winner by 5pm on 4th December 2024. If the winner does not respond by 8am on 7th December 2024, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
- We reserve the right to use the winner’s name and photo (to be supplied by the winner) for publicity purposes.
- If the winner fails to provide a suitable photograph of themselves within two weeks, the prize will be forfeited.
- Decisions relating to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media network.
- We reserve the right to cancel or extend this competition at any time by posting on our Facebook page.
